The Owners
Rick started competing on the BBQ circuit in the late 80's and moved on to be a KC BBQ Society trained judge. For years Rick ran the Missouri BBQ Company, selling high end custom built BBQ smokers from Horizons and Oklahoma Joe's. After the success in the restaurant trade of friends on the circuit, along with the support of his restaurant manager, cook, and professional caterer wife, Kris, Rick decided to take the plunge and opened Holy Smoke BBQ.
